Right of withdrawal and sample withdrawal form
There is no right of withdrawal for consumers or the right of withdrawal for consumers may expire prematurely for the following contracts:
Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, delivery of food and beverages and the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision (Section 312g (2) sentence 1 no. 9 BGB). 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB).
This means that if the Wohlfühlhotel Alte Rebschule
Hafen & Schäfer GbR offers services in the area of leisure activities, in particular admission tickets, there is no right of withdrawal.
Every order for admission tickets is therefore binding immediately after confirmation and obliges the customer to accept and pay for the tickets/vouchers ordered.
Cancellation policy for distance contracts for services
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

We have been to the "Alte Rebschule" several times and it has always been TOP. Starting with breakfast, through the snack to the 4-course menu in the evening, which is always excellent. Here you can find peace and quiet from the stress of everyday life.
The Hotel Alte Rebschule near Rhodt unter Rietburg is beautifully situated in the vineyards and offers a lovely view over the Rhine plain. The room was very nice, especially large and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The feel-good hotel Alte Rebschule is located on the edge of the forest with a magnificent view over the vineyards. A place to completely switch off. We had a wonderfully light-flooded seminar room. The food, the service and the rooms were excellent. We had a great yoga weekend here.
Excellent hotel with a wonderful view in an absolutely quiet location. Very good cuisine, very nice wellness and pool area. You have to go there again.
Great hotel in the middle of the vineyards with pool and wellness area. Depending on the room, beautiful view over the Rhine Valley. Ideal starting point for hikes. Very good food and friendly staff.
