In-house technician (m/f/d)

Are you tech-savvy, good with your hands, and enjoy getting stuck in? Can you keep track of things even when several tasks are running simultaneously, and do you value quality, structure, and good teamwork? Perfect—because you're exactly who we're looking for.

As a building technician (m/f/d) working 30 to 40 hours per week, you will work with our team to ensure that our guests feel completely at home. You will repair, clean, contribute ideas, plan ahead, and take responsibility.

Your tasks are varied and involve a high level of responsibility:

Regular inspections throughout the building to ensure our quality, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
Careful maintenance of documentation (e.g., maintenance schedules, test reports, cleaning schedules)
Carrying out maintenance, repair, and minor renovation work indoors and outdoors
Monitoring of technical systems, in particular heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
Performing machine-assisted cleaning tasks
Coordination and supervision of external specialist companies
Support for all departments in day-to-day operations—including logistics, warehousing, and waste management
Maintenance of outdoor facilities and seasonal work such as winter services
Participation in renovation and modernization projects

What you bring to the table:

Solid vocational or technical training
Enjoyment of teamwork and leading small projects
hands-on approach
Organizational skills and an eye for the big picture
Independent, dependable, and service-oriented approach to work
Interest in sustainable solutions and modern technology
Additional qualifications such as safety or fire safety officer, electrical license, or similar are advantageous.
Very good written and spoken German skills
Driver's license to get to work

We have been to the "Alte Rebschule" several times and it has always been TOP. Starting with breakfast, through the snack to the 4-course menu in the evening, which is always excellent. Here you can find peace and quiet from the stress of everyday life.

The Hotel Alte Rebschule near Rhodt unter Rietburg is beautifully situated in the vineyards and offers a lovely view over the Rhine plain. The room was very nice, especially large and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The feel-good hotel Alte Rebschule is located on the edge of the forest with a magnificent view over the vineyards. A place to completely switch off. We had a wonderfully light-flooded seminar room. The food, the service and the rooms were excellent. We had a great yoga weekend here.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful view in an absolutely quiet location. Very good cuisine, very nice wellness and pool area. You have to go there again.

Great hotel in the middle of the vineyards with pool and wellness area. Depending on the room, beautiful view over the Rhine Valley. Ideal starting point for hikes. Very good food and friendly staff.
