Feel-good hotel in Rhodt receives two awards

Top Employer 2024 - The feel-good hotel Alte Rebschule in Rhodt shines twice again! For the second time in a row, the hotel was recognized as an outstanding employer in mid-May. This year, the "Schlummer Atlas" once again awarded the Palatinate four-star hotel the title of "excellent" among the best employers in the hotel industry in Germany, Austria, South Tyrol and Switzerland. As a special highlight, hotel manager Sonja Schäfer was once again honored with the special Top Leader award, which recognizes her exceptional leadership qualities in the industry.

In 2024, the prestigious "Top Employer in the Hotel and Catering Industry" award was presented once again. This title is awarded by Busche Verlag from Dortmund in collaboration with the Berlin School of Economics and Law. The award is based on a comprehensive online survey conducted among employees in the hospitality and supply industry. This survey included trainees, specialists and managers and generated over 4,000 responses. More than 350 companies were assessed.

The survey focused on various aspects of job satisfaction, choice of employer, working environment, employer brand and attractiveness, company performance, work concepts and strategies, image factors of the hospitality industry and employee motivation. Particular attention was also paid to the intention to recommend current employers and the associated open comments, which were seen as a key indicator of an employer's attractiveness.

We have been to the "Alte Rebschule" several times and it has always been TOP. Starting with breakfast, through the snack to the 4-course menu in the evening, which is always excellent. Here you can find peace and quiet from the stress of everyday life.

The Hotel Alte Rebschule near Rhodt unter Rietburg is beautifully situated in the vineyards and offers a lovely view over the Rhine plain. The room was very nice, especially large and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The feel-good hotel Alte Rebschule is located on the edge of the forest with a magnificent view over the vineyards. A place to completely switch off. We had a wonderfully light-flooded seminar room. The food, the service and the rooms were excellent. We had a great yoga weekend here.
