Palatinate cosiness

‛‛A genuinely rustic Palatinate tavern with a cosy atmosphere” is how our guests describe the “Sesel” (pruning knife) and that makes us very proud since we have tried to retain the traditions of old whilst bringing the kitchen and cooking standards up to what is expected in today’s day and age.

Our midday dishes range in style from “typically Palatinate” to a more well-balanced fare. The “Sesel soup bowl” is served, free of charge, to all guests to stave the initial pangs of hunger and is very popular with our hikers

Take a seat either inside or under the pergola in our courtyard and enjoy the pleasures of the Palatinate not only with your eyes!
