… our natural style of cooking which is determined by the seasons and the region in which we live. Far more than just being our suppliers, we maintain friendly and close connections to these, our partners. Our kitchen management has gained a broad experience by working in top restaurants so that our cuisine is both light and substantial, varied and creative as well as healthy and agreeable. In particular, fresh herbs play a particularly important role whilst it goes almost without saying that the selection of wines available together with our serving recommendations is a matter of pride.
The connoisseur’s day begins with a sumptuous breakfast buffet in the restaurant or on the sunny patio. At midday we like to spoil our guests with a wine-grower’s lunch, sometimes sweet, sometimes hearty in style and flavour – a veritable treat for your taste- buds. In the evening awaits you the culinary highlight of the day in the shape of a four-course meal which takes into consideration both lovers of fresh fish as well as vegetarians.
